dev tool to unpack any loose extension parts without needing simed/simed fucking up the mesh names.

usually when opening loose parts it opens showroom lite and you cant unpack anything from that, so this is a way to load them in actual showroom to be able to unpack.

drop your kn5 in the root folder and open lods.ini in data, and change lod 0 file= to the same name to instruct cm to load that model. i included my engine as an example part
